• 1.3 Regenerate Go, Rust, Swift, Protobuf, and manifest outputs using repository tooling.

2. Verification

• 2.1 Pass focused Go and generated-contract regressions.
• 2.2 Pass strict OpenSpec validation, full make verify, second-generation cleanliness, and diff checks.
